This just looks so refreshing that you just instantly want to make it. The original recipe I found just said ‘2L water, 1 medium cucumber, 1 lemon, 10-12 mint leaves. leave overnight in fridge.’ simple as that. But I loved it so much that for a week I would just get a pitcher in of water and start throwing stuff in. One time I did some lemons, some basil and some strawberries and it was delicious. This is definitely a recipe that you can take and run with… just get creative.
